20 June 2022 - ore 20:30 Cinema Massimo Sala tre

by Marlene Millar and Sandy Silva (Canada)

ADMISSION € 6 – € 4

The Migration Dance Film Project was born out of the seven-year collaboration between two artists who have pioneered the breaking of their own artistic molds: Marlene Millar, creator of screen dance, documentaries and experimental media productions; and Sandy Silva, percussive dance choreographer. This project is an exploration through seven short films based on the theme of migration, with a cast of ten dancer-singers. Spectators are engulfed by the voices, the rhythms and the movement along a journey that is poetic, musical, physical and visual. Millar and Silva will speak before the screenings, providing introductions thanks to the collaboration of the COORPI Association of Torino.
